How It Works

Call or Email for quote

In one 10 minute phone call, we will discuss the sale of your home and any concerns you may have that we can alleviate with staging. During this call, we will schedule the walkthrough of the home, which typically occurs within the following 1-3 days.

Walk-through of home

During the walk-through we will take necessary measurements and pictures to make plans for the layout of the staged rooms. We will take note of any updates or repairs that would be beneficial to you prior to staging.

Sign A Contract

After the walkthrough of the home, we will send you a project proposal which is broken down into 3 package tiers. These tiers range from the least amount of rooms staged up to the entire home staged. Packages are itemized so you can request a custom package that works with your budget. You will be able to sign and pay electronically, at which point your home is on our schedule!

Installation

Installation, or ‘stage day’ is typically 2-4 weeks from the signed contract date. If your home needs to be staged and listed for sale sooner- we will be sure to discuss your options during the initial call. We ask that all renovation work be completed prior to installation day in order to protect our inventory. We will coordinate with you regarding access to the home for the installation. We encourage you to take the day to relax, run errands, or spend time with friends and family. Towards the end of the installation, we will give you a call so that you can stop by to experience the ‘grand reveal’ of your beautifully staged home if you wish.

Your Home is Listed

Once the real estate photographer has finished taking photos of your staged home, it is listed for sale by your real estate agent. We share about your home on our social media accounts, including any open houses! Your home selling quickly is a testament to our success, so we will do all we can to help! If your home needs to be staged for additional time beyond the initial 60 day period, you will let us know on a month-to-month basis.

Your Home Sells

Congratulations! Your home has sold! You, and your real estate agent, will keep in contact with us regarding the sale. We will schedule ‘de-staging’ for after the due diligence period and before closing day.

De-Stage

De-stage typically happens at least 2 weeks after an offer has been accepted on the home. Our team will come in and remove all furnishings and decor unless the buyer chose to purchase any of the inventory within the home.

Closing Day

All of our inventory is gone from your old house, and now it has become someone’s new home.
