We are so happy you’re here and excited for everything to come with Braylor. While I would love to summarize our work in a simple “We are a staging company” or “We are a real estate photography company”- Braylor is so much more than that.
We have coined ourselves “Real Estate’s Best Friend” because we intend to become the one-stop-shop for realtors, buyers, sellers, and builders when it comes to getting homes on, and off of, the market as quickly as possible for the highest possible profit. We believe that the home buying and selling process can and should be made far easier by consolidating many of the services associated with it.
For now, our services include vacant home staging, occupied home staging consultations, home redesign, real estate photography and videography, aerial photography and videography, 3D tours, and pressure washing. As we grow, we plan to offer professional interior design, short-term storage, landscaping, and home renovations. Our hope is that when you plan to sell, you can call us for everything you need to make your home market-ready.
We are a husband and wife team, Brandon and Brittany Taylor, born and bred right here in the heart of North Carolina. We understand the lives of the individuals that live here because we’re two of them! We aim to make each person walking through the front door feel at home.
There are three major differences between Braylor and the other home staging services you may have worked with before.
1. We are not simply a ‘home staging service’. Home staging is one of our many services!
2. We believe in intentionality in every part of the home, for every home. We believe that every room we stage should be done with integrity and with quality pieces.
3. Everything that we stage with is available for sale, meaning your home can be sold completely furnished- again, making home-buying and selling easier for all involved.
